Photo Policy / Requirements:
Listings can be publish to our website without photo’s however in order to be published to the MLS At least six (6) separate photographs must be Submitted*. At least four (4) of the photographs must be representatives of the inside of the property. At least one (1) of the photographs must be of the front exterior of the house or building.
For clearest and Best Pictures please submit photos that are sized: 1024W X 768H (Pixels)
Only JPG/JPEG file types are allowed and size limit of 20MB each.
*If the Listing consists of any other property type (e.g. lot, vacant land, farm or ranch, a commercial building, a multi-unit property, or an uncompleted building), a photograph or rendering of the property is optional.
The MLS requires that the photo’s be owned by the seller and/or have written consent to use the photo’s. Seller takes responsibility for the photos and may be fined by the MLS if they do not have the right to use the photo’s.
