I was originally looking only for inexpensive access to the MLS as advertising for our home, as I was not planning on listing with an agent, but did want it to be listed in the MLS.  Flat Rate Homes had a very reasonable service providing this, together with listing support and basic offer negotiation support.  This Basic service was very fast and easy to set up, and provided complete control of our listing.

I was very pleasantly surprised at the level of agent support provided for this minimal cost.  They provided useful insight into the current Real Estate market, as well as listing suggestions and advice that I found to be quite useful.

Largely due to my surprise at the level of support provided under their Basic Service, I elected to also contract for their Premium Closing Support Service, which included additional assistance with offer negotiations and title and escrow services.  Although I was not planning on needing this type of assistance, I did ultimately find it very useful and well worth the additional reasonable cost.
